Thick, rosy turtleneck tunic

This tunic-length turtleneck is a beautiful rose pink. It is 28 inches long from the neck seam to hem in the back. The deep turtleneck is 10 inches tall. Pit to pit it is 24 inches. The “cuffs” extend 12 inches and are slim/snug (but stretchy). From side neck seam to edge of cuff is about 23 inches, and I think the cuffs/sleeves look best pushed up. The fabric is a thin horizontal rib—see photos. The sweater is medium-thick. It would look great with black leggings. It is unworn or maybe worn once—I don’t remember.
