Thick Janie & Jack vest for colder days- size 3-4

This vest is beautiful. It is pretty thick which is nice but I feel like it almost makes it too tight on my 4.5 year old. He wore it up until a couple months ago though at 3 and 4 and could still fit it a bit but it’s too warm at this point here. There is a very light stain of some sort (maybe oil because it doesn’t have a color other than darker than the rest of vest) on the back shoulder. See picture. The camera always makes it even more visible though. In person you hardly see it.
