sarahmnicole @hamptons_stuff yes I would say this runs small! It should fit, because I have really small boobs and it didn’t work for me so you should be perfect. Also I am a true medium.

sarahmnicole @hamptons_stuff small boobs as in there was extra fabric on me… not that the top is best for small boobs. It is a better top for larger size. But best for a size small person if that makes sense.
