Use only a handful of times, comes with everything seen in pictures. Will also include approximately 60 labels to print with, enough to get you started. Everything works, and definitely makes printing your shipping labels much easier. I still get excited every time I print a label off😆 NOTE- PRINTER CAN PRINT A MULTITUDE OF CUSTOM SIZES- I was lazy and just hit print for the purpose of showing that the unit works I’ve also included the label holder stand, which is not the original but works just fine with this printer. Also comes with paperwork inside the box, and instructions to download the app that will connect, Bluetooth via your phone, laptop, or computer Unit does work without exception, AS SEEN IN VIDEO. However, if unit is damaged during the shipping process, you will need to contact the carrier. It will be packaged very carefully and securely prior to shipping.
