Also, headaches are better when I gently massage temples and neck. Then, the micro-current attachment, red light, blue light, scrub brush, a tube of the lubricant which works like a dream. You'll save hundreds of dollars with this one little tool. I travel everywhere with it. You can also buy a hot and cold attachment which I love and the little white bag in the photo is for the add-on attachments that are not included. I bought both and are a great add.
