Theory shift dress soft & sheer. Perfect for summer🌞

Found this cute dress in a consignment store but never got a chance to wear it. Polyester/cotton blend with ruffle at the bottom. Some piling & one pin hole on the back shoulder area. Very thin fabric so would not be to warm to wear during summer. Very soft & comfortable! Measurements: armpit to armpit 18", hips 18 1/2", length 34"
