Theory fit and flare ponte knit dress size 2

Black fit and flare dress, ponte knit with a nice weight to it. Seams down the front and exposed zipper on the back. Size 2, I think it could also fit a 4 since fabric has some stretch, please see measurements (armpit to armpit, waist, length in that order). Would be great for a holiday or Christmas party, conservative dress, nye dress
