Theory brand suit pants

Excellent condition. Theory, size 8, black with pinstripe detail suit pants. Only wore once or twice to a interview. Pants fit straight through the leg. Inseam about 35”. On one of the legs the hem at the bottom by the cuff is partially coming unstitched. take out the stitching to add length otherwise just sew it back to where it was. Note: I also have and am selling the Theory suit jacket to make a complete suit. The jacket is a size 6. Decide to buy both and I will offer a discount.
