Theory black matt sequins dress

Designer Theory black matt sequins dress- never worn, tags still on - size 8 but as most designers- its more like a 4/5 size- i had it shortened so it’s more of a mini shift dress. Second photo is prior to it being shortened, about 2.5 inches- it was a tad too long - but Super cute now!!
