Women Theory Black Full Button Down Collared Utility Shirt Dress Sz 2 - 3/4 Sleeve Good condition! Size 2 but fits like a 4. Since shirt dress its not fitted. I normally only wear 4's 72% Cotton, 23% Nylon & 5% Lycra Made in USA 2 Front breast pockets with buttons (see photo 3/4 Sleeves can be rolled up with strap that is on each sleeve (see photo of unfolded and folded sleeve). Shoulder to hem 35" . (its knee level - model is 5'4") Waist - 17" flat and has belt to cinch. Comes with belt.
