Pre-owned Frame has some wear - see pictures Matted and Framed c 1998 11.75” X 9.5” Artist - Thelma Winter “Quilts for Sale” 190/500 Signed Thelma Winter (Born 1931) first picked up a paintbrush and began to create beautiful scenes of the world around her at the age of 53. She had virtually no instruction or training. In 1982, she gathered courage and her paintings and set up at her first art show at the Allentown Art Festival. All her 24 paintings that she brought with her sold that weekend. It was rewarding and exciting when she realized how well her work was received. She spent the next over 20 years traveling the country exhibiting at art shows from Florida to Vermont.
