It is strapless and it features a ruched a bodice with an abstract design, soft boning in the bodice, mesh "belt" that creates an empire waist, pockets at the hips, a full skirt with a mesh layer to create volume, the skirt is a fit and flare style, fully lined, and there is a hidden back zipper. Perfect for a wedding guest, prom, homecoming, a formal event or party, or New Year's Eve. EUC. There is one spot in the mesh "belt" near the zipper that is stretched. Please see photos.
