Theia V-Neck Stretch-Velvet Midi Cocktail Dress Size 4

Theia velvet cocktail dress features semi-sheer sleeves with pearlescent trim. Deep V neckline. Short sleeves. Ruffle hem. Size 4 Bust: 17" laying flat Length: 45" front, 51" back There is some beading and pearl embellishment missing and some loose threading. Considering how busy the sleeves are, I hadn't even noticed at first so I think it could either be repaired or left as is. Otherwise there are no other flaws.
