Thee Boutique Shop two piece set *Worn once*

This cute two piece is from the thee boutique shop. Worn one time for my birthday. Still listed on the site for $139. In excellent mint condition. Like new. I also had it cleaned at the cleaners so it is ready to go. Size medium. The shirt is oversized and is suppose to hang off shoulder as seen in picture.
