The perfect vintage St. Patrick's Day Dress - comfortable, intense Kelly green

Timewarp back to better times in this comfortable Kelly Green linen shift dress brought to you by the middle of the 1960s. Securely sewn on is a green and white beaded collar. The label is most interesting, with order number, style, size, and remarks - I wonder if this was a sample piece? Affixed next to the ILGWU union label (dating this dress firmly between 1964-1973). This dress is lined, the metal zipper works flawlessly, and it is in very good vintage condition. As you can see, there are two small stains on the front and only one bead is missing from the back. The attached lining is pulling away a little at the rear seams by the zipper. I was amazed at the details and workmanship in this fine dress! Modern size approximately a size 12, but note the measurements: 40" long 36 inch bust, waist, and hips (a true "shift" dress).
