The perfect summer dress

Absolutely adorable silky midi dress with tie straps, and slit on left thigh. There is a second layer under the skirt area. Never worn. Small size and would probably fit a size 2, probably on the smaller bust size. I’m a 32C and it’s the reason it won’t fit me.
