toeldorado What do you mean you tried once in boutique settings? So you used it once? And then reattached the tags? I just want a new not worn dress and wonder if this is it . Thanks. And also if you would provide measurements?

dbformals @toeldorado This has never been worn to a event. I own a off the rack boutique, so a customer tried it on and decided on a different style. I can get measurements as soon as I return to the store tomorrow!

dbformals @toeldorado Just measured this on a mannequin bust is 37" and does have stretch waist is 31.5" right above band. Hope this helps!
