The perfect black fall dress

Bought this dress for an occasion but never wore it. Brand new, store tag still included. No return policy and I won’t wear it. It’s mid length with a touch of brown fall florals. The dress is followed but a ruffle design around the outer part of the dress but doesn’t over do the style.
