Yes! Could you measure the waist on these? I waiver between a 2 and a 4 in pants from the limited. I have 2's that are too big and 4's that are too small. I'd just like to confirm first. Also, what is the fabric content? Are they stretchy or flowy? sorry for all the questions! THANKS!!!
