The dress is super cute but I ordered the wrong size; it’s a size Medium, NWT.

VESTIQUE Boutique is a super cute and popular Boutique out of Charlotte, NC but opening up in many other locations and has an awesome website. I ordered a size Medium and my chest was too big to fit in it :( I am really bad at remembering to return items in time for refund or exchange that is why I still have it. It is BRAND NEW WITH TAGS on it. Literally tried it on then hung up immediately because it didn’t fit.
