The cutest OLD NAVY dress

ON midi shift dress with balloon sleeves. Size large. New with tag. Flowy and flattering. Great piece for fall to pair with booties🤤This dress looks expensive IMO, it doesn’t look like an old navy dress! Color is mustard yellow with navy pink white and light blue flowers. There is a small snag on the left shoulder that i never knew was there until I hung to take pictures. (the last picture shows it). It’s not horrible and could be sewn.
