it is practically brand new and i only wore it once to try on after my concert. no it did not come with tags but it is new. i will wash it before sending because it's just sitting in my close gathering dust because it fits too long on me. i think it's intended best for tall people and I didn't even hit the five foot mark 😭. edit: Aah I ran out of t shirts to wear one day and wore this again but accidentally ran it thru the dryer so the screen printing on the front is still luckily completely intact but the 20 letters in the back are peeling 😭 and the letters are cracked a bit now selling at a mega discount
