New with tags pet/smoke free home comes with freebies When looking for a kids "Heely" type shoe for my daughter, I bought these because it didn't take much effort to switch from wheels to no wheels & vice versa. Actual new Heelys require a tool & you have to take shoe off-pry the wheel out.. etc. These just flip.
