The Touch of NINA elegant black heels, worn once, size 9.5, 9-1/2

Of course there's a story here lol. Flew out to Vegas and had a fancy event to attend, only to find I forgot heels. So I bought these in Vegas, wore them to the event, and never again. They are very pretty, but the heel is a bit high for me. Heel is approx. 4"
