derbygirl7 @kellycarsillo Interesting. The quenchers I ordered from Stanley had the tissue paper however the water bottles I ordered in presale from the store did not. Tomorrow my quenchers from LSF website arrive so will be interesting to see if they do. I have seen quite a few on pages (not for sale) showing the tissue paper.
