CONDITION: I bought this, wore once, hand washed in nontoxic detergent and air dried. Smoke free pet free home. The fabric has lightly frayed, raw edge hems, it is not worn out, it is simply the fabric and design of the dress. Fits nicely on myself as an XS, however I’d say it runs large. could fit up to a small, medium or perhaps even a large if a more fitted look is desired.
