@mercysand50 Hi there! Yes this would definitely fit a 7-in wrist. And it easily slides over your hand. The natural fiber rope also stretches a little bit too. I'm obsessed with these rope bracelets and assembled a small collection of them. Need to pass some of them on! 🙂
