So many pockets! Easy to keep organized. Perfect personal item on the plane or as a backpack for school/work. The shoulder pads make it a really easy bag to carry. One small mark on the inside pocket. Made out of recycled polyester and metal accessories (I don’t think there is any plastic). Machine washable. I would keep it, but I want to upgrade to the new 4-in-1 bag.
