In good condition! Only worn once for a short amount of time! It is a Powerpuff Girls Buttercup Costume / Cosplay! Not official! Just something I put together on my own. No brand, size, or fabric content tags! Measurements will be below! Includes: - Metallic Green Shiny Strapless Tube Mini Dress. - Black Shiny Faux / Mock PVC Tube Top / Improvised Waistband. The dress has a very small smudge / wear mark near the top, but because of the metallic material, it is quite unnoticeable. The tube top was used as a waistband rather than a top to make the dress the same design as the Powerpuff Girls style. I used a safety pin on the inside to make it smaller and tight on my waist, because of this, it did incur damage. You can see some small holes and material wear in the area that it was pinned. If you also pin the tube top to be a tight waistband, this imperfection will not be noticeable. The imperfections are pictured. Please use the photos also as descriptors when assessing the condition! All of the material is thin, stretchy, and form fitting / bodycon. This is meant to be a sexy adult costume, not a cute girls costume!
