New (no tags) Black Burnout Velvet. Size S. The dress is very soft and pretty. Does not seem to wrinkle and has a nice weight to it. Good for 3 seasons, except the summer since it is lined. Stretchy fabric and I believe it will be used for many years. High heals or Doc Martins can work with this dress. It's the dress I wish I had in my 20's, because I would still be wearing it in my 50's.
