The Optima Credit Card Inaugural Member Black Leather Bifold Case Holder Vintage To the best of my understanding, the Optima Card was introduced by American Express in 1987. Since this credit card case is inscribed "inaugural Member" - I'm guessing that perhaps this case went out to the first subscribers to the card and might have come in this lovely little leather case. 4 1/4" x 2 1/2" in the closed position It's in great pre-owned condition - probably hardly ever used Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
