This is new with tags. The color is tan. The ripstop fabric is 97% cotton, 3% elastane. The stretch waist is 30 inches can stretch to about 34 inches. There’s also an attached belt to make them smaller. The length from top to bottom is 18 inches. The cargo pockets are velcro close, two side snap pockets, one rear snap pocket. These are extremely well made and are lighter weight.
