The Apex Flex Dryvent Jacket. Waterproof and windproof. Breathable. Slim fit. Adjustable Velcro cuffs. Zipped hand pockets. Hood with drawcord adjustability. I have only worn this a few times as it doesn’t rain much where I live. There is a little rough section shown in the picture from my seatbelt.
