These are new without tags, I bought them for myself and then didn’t end up needing them, they are waterproof pants, not lined like snow pants, they have a zipper pocket on the back and velcro on the bottoms to tighten around boots, they also have a zipper closure with button snap. From a smoke free home, my loss is your gain! Perfect new condition.
