@alamadre2018 it folds into a fanny pack, if that makes sense. So, basically you could wear the jacket in fanny pack mode and carry a phone and chapstick, etc., then unfold it into a lightweight rain anorak. The fanny pocket becomes that front pocket you see in the photos.
