The Nordstrom Way

This is an excellent book for people that would love to understand the Customer Service philosophy of Nordstrom. It’s perfect for a employee coming in or someone who like me is doing a paper for college and is studying the various Customer Service practices of various businesses. I used this book for a short time and it’s in excellent condition except for a couple of paper folds which I have documented.
