I love this costume! The Mad As A Hatter Costume for Girl's includes a red jacket with attached faux blue vest, a patterned skirt with attached pettiskirt, a yellow bow tie, shoe covers, glovettes. Never used. Waist: 12”. Bust is about 17”. Sleeves are about 23”. Not sure about the size.

cms383 I know you said you're not sure the size, but I just want to make sure it is for kids (like 9 year old). Description says the waist is 12", so 24" all around? Thanks for your help.
