@fitteacher44 I had bought this back in 2018 and used it all the time. As I was traveling my strap had began to become faulty and so I took it in for a repair. Louis Vuitton boutique I went to just gave me a new bag in exchange hence why this is new. I dont reach for this bag anymore because I had added to my collection and now reach for the others. hope this answers your question
