Leather and suede pumps with stud detail and a 4" heel. These shoes are stunning. I bought them and never got to wear them. A foot fracture and now no high heels - UGH! There is some adhesive remaining on the insole at the heel. Since it is soft leather/suede, I have left the heel inserts with the shoes. They are not attached, but they are there if you want to use them. I did try them on several times, so there is some stress on the pads.
