gailcooks @frenchwardrobe Hi, it is similar to a vest, but in a flowy way. Short sleeve, 3/4 sleeve and long sleeve shirt works underneath and you can pair with leggings, jeans & booties or wear with nice dress work pants. Let me know if you have any other questions.
