This is a great dog rain coat that has Velcro on the underside. My pup wore it a few times but he does not really like to “get dressed” and it’s a fight just to put it on him. What I like about this is the quality of the material it is made of and that it is long. Also, that there are zippers on the front sleeves which make it easier to dress. It even has a hood!
