It is multi colored-blue, black, yellow and red with a wide waistband that is contrasting with the skirt. The skirt is pinned to fit the mannequin but all measurements are in photos. The fabric for the skirt is 100% cotton, the lining is 100% polyester. This has a zipper in the back.
