The Limited Stretch Pencil Skirt with Off Center Zipped Slit

The Limited Stretch Pencil Skirt. Color grey. Size 10. Side zipper plus an off center slit that zips.Side zipper & hook closure. Polyester/rayon/spandex blend. Dry clean only. Good condition with a couple of flaws. 1. There's some slight discoloration near the waist band. I have noticed it two spots. There's a picture of one. It's only noticeable in certain light and if you wore an untucked shirt such as a sweater, it would be covered. It's possible that dry cleaning will take care of that. 2. There's some wear on one of the sides. Picture included. I am pretty picky about the clothes I list and if these flaws were really bad, I would not list them. I think it's still wearable.
