lovinglately @nhantran614 length is approximately 32" from shoulder to hem. It fits true to size but it's a drapey cut, so I think on a 00/xxs it would be more drapey but on a 0/xs a little more fitted. It has a belt at the waist that is simple tie. Hope this helps.
