preppypineapple @abbylop7676 hello! laying flat and zipper, the jacket measures 18 inches from armpit to armpit. I do believe it would fit your busy because the zipper does not go all the way up the jacket. the shoulder to shoulder seam straight across is 15 inches. the outer sleeve length is 24.5 inches. it is a lightweight blazer and the shoulders are lightly padded to keep their shape (no removable pads). if you buy before 5, I can ship today 🍍🍍
