The Kooples High Waisted Moon Flowers Ruffled Skirt

Gorgeous, ruffled, delicate and NWT Kooples Sport Skirt Size 3 (which is usually about a US Medium) Please see measurements below, Kooples have very unique sizing and sizes are in French. This has a stretchy elastic waist band and a thin string to tighten the waist more. The bottom of the dress is straight, but the ruffles are slightly asymmetrical to give the skirt a more layered, fun feel. It is not see through but the very bottom of the skirt is a little sheer as in the first photo.
