The Kalo Shops Chicago Sterling Silver Hand Hammered Vase Pot w/ Under Plate

Dating to the early 1900s - maybe a bit later, may I offer this hand hammered bowl that features an applied letter / initial "S" to the front. Height is about 3-1/4" high with a width of 3-3/4" wide (on the inside) top and 3-1/8" wide at the base. Weight is 210 grams. According to the base, the bowl or planter is Hand Wrought at the Kalo Shops Chicago and is design EI 130. Now the bowl came with a round under plate but it is not hammered as the bowl is. Width is 5-3/4" across the top; weight is 135 grams. The base is marked the same as the bowl but the design is B. While both pieces are free of dents/dings, etc, both pieces could really use a professional polish as there are light surface marks, thumbprints and some tarnish that still needs a good buff. A nice combo that I hope will find a new home soon.
