Is it possible to get the measurement of the width across the dress by the waist and hips? Is there much stretch to the dress?

@threadzonrepeat Hi. The waist across measures about 14.5” and has no stretch. Hip across measures 18.5”; the lining is stretch satin, which has flexibility but not super stretchy (I measured the hip on the lining as the outer shell is flowing plisse with plenty of stretch).
