The J. Peterman company vintage ivory silk long sleeve blouse size 12 NWT

The blouse is a size 12 and has a solid pattern with exquisite button accents. Measurements in photos as vintage sizes may run smaller. This blouse is new with tags! Made in the 80’s (possibly early 90’s). Has a Victorian goth vibe. The long puff sleeves have a button accent wrist hem. The waist has a bit of a flare like a peplum style, making it very flattering. There is a very tiny, faint mark at one of the wrist hems. I am not sure what it is, but it is not very noticeable. I wanted to make note of it. This is a very versatile, timeless piece.
