This is in acceptable condition. There is staining and splitting of the spine on the inside on some pages. And of course, the typical signs of age you may expect from a 1924 book that was well loved. It has color illustrations by Marguerite Kirmse. There is a possibility that this is a first edition but research did not bring up anything to confirm this for me. Other identical books are listed as first editions, so I will leave that up to the buyers interpretation to make that call. Please review all images carefully.
